Are you passionate about designing high-quality and creative visual materials to support internal communications at the LEGO Group? Core Responsibilities
LEGO System A/S is looking for a hardworking, proactive, and structured Student Worker for 15 hours a week (2 days). This role will help make LEGO System A/S's internal communications for colleagues exciting, engaging, and fun by designing visual materials to support LEGO System A/S's communications around the world.
Your tasks will cover:
- Contributing to LEGO System A/S's storytelling efforts, creating articles and supporting materials for content across LEGO System A/S's channels.
- Supporting the team in developing engaging assets and materials to deliver LEGO System A/S's internal communications campaigns.
- Creating visual assets such as illustrations, infographics, banners, and images for use on the LEGO Group intranet and externally on LinkedIn.
- Developing PowerPoint templates and supporting with editing of presentations for events and meetings.
- Editing videos.
- Being an ambassador for the LEGO brand’s current look and feel.

You will be part of LEGO System A/S's Colleague Engagement team, which is based in five of LEGO System A/S's locations around the world. The team is responsible for communicating and engaging with colleagues in corporate, factory, and retail roles.
LEGO System A/S is looking for a designer who can apply their high-quality creative and design skills to enhance LEGO System A/S's communications work. This will make it more engaging for colleagues. LEGO System A/S's team works at a fast pace, so the ability to thrive in this environment is essential.
Do You Have What It Takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
In terms of your background and skills, LEGO System A/S envisions that you:
- Are studying a university or college degree in design.
- Are proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere), and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Speak and write English at an advanced level.
